Shift Requirements
Volunteers must meet their hourly shift commitments to remain in good status:
Important! Public Safety Team members may have a different combination of hours depending on department, but shifts will always remain within the total number of hours.
- Show-Time Volunteers: 24 Hours Total (3 - 8 Hour Shifts)

- Pre-Show Volunteers: 32 Hours Total (4 - 8 Hour Shifts)

Volunteer Deposit Policy
The expertise of members of our Public Safety Team is so essential to us, that it is our policy to waive the Deposit for Volunteers that are approved. We have a Safety Team that will be doing final approvals on the credentials submitted in these applications to ensure we build the strongest team possible. This is a bit longer process, but optimal Public Safety is our top priority. We will be in contact with you in 3-5 weeks about the status of your application.

- Attend a Digital Training Session with your Team lead prior to the Event. (TBA once Teams are assigned)
Volunteer Benefits
As a Volunteer in good standing, you will receive:
- Early Entry to the event (24 hours before your first scheduled shift)
- A Regular Parking Pass (21' and Under) for our designated Crew Camping area
- Crew Shower Pass and Access Credentials
- Public Safety Team members will receive a T-shirt
- Early Notification of Internal Roles and Opportunities
- Team-Building Contests, Games, and Giveaways
If you prefer to camp outside Crew Camping or bring an RV, you will need to upgrade your Parking Pass at full price. Please note that Crew Camping is mandatory for all Volunteer until Early Entry gates open, at which point you may move to your purchased camping lot.
Important: Volunteers must arrive the evening before their first scheduled shift in order to get oriented on site and properly rested for duties.
International Volunteers
Only applicants with Canadian citizenship or legal eligibility to work in Canada will be considered. International applicants must hold a valid Working Holiday Visa.
